The FJR1300 is back, and has been technologically updated to be more competitive in the ‘’GT’’ category of bikes. The seductive styling and great fit and finish exude quality and value. The long list of equipment includes an electric windscreen, heated grips, cruise control, ABS, traction control, adjustable seat, D-mode throttle mapping, saddlebags, and centrally mounted kickstand. The overall ride comfort lets you swallow up the kilometres without tiring, but the bike feels heavy at rest, which prompts you to gun the throttle when entering a turn. The overall satisfaction that comes from riding this bike drives home the fact that at $17,499, the 2013 FJR1300 is a great GT class contender.
