6 – BMW F700GS ABS
The 650 name has been dropped, as well as the ho-hum minimalist frame. The F700GS offers standard double-disc ABS front brakes and numerous options including traction control, electronically adjustable rear suspension, tire-pressure monitoring, centrally mounted kickstand and onboard computer. It’s light, easy to handle, user-friendly, well-finished, with a great ergonomic ride position that makes this bike a standard-bearer in its category at a modest price.
