The new disc brakes offer impressive stopping performance and their petal-shaped design allows faster heat dissipation. The KLX250S features an all-new Uni-trak linkage that reduces front-rear pitching motion, resulting in increased straight-line stability and a more planted feel in corners. Meanwhile, the new lightweight, highly rigid aluminum D-section swingarm helps lower unsprung weight.


Modern dashboard
For 2009, the KLX gets a revised dashboard with digital bar-graph tachometer, digital speedometer, clock, dual trip meters as well as indicator lamps for neutral, overheat, high beam and turn signals. The new seat shape and stiffer urethane makes it easier to change seating position.

Beyond its many performance-enhancing upgrades and comfort features, this motorcycle will turn a lot of heads with a choice of two striking colors: Lime Green and Sunbeam Red.

The 2009 Kawasaki KLX250S is not a conventional dual-purpose bike exclusively designed for beginners. It delivers true off-performance on weekends and a pleasant ride on your weekday commute to work.
