Knox Aegis Back Protector

There are certain things I don’t leave home without. One of them is my license; another is my Knox Aegis back protector. It’s flexible, comfortable, and added protection for road or trail riding.

I suggested wearing one to a friend who was curious about it. Good thing she got one because on an off-road adventure on her GS, she put it to very good use. The doctors say that if she wasn’t wearing it, she could have severely injured her spine. Depending on the retailer, these protectors sell for about $175 (or less). They strap on easily and even have kidney pads.
