Harley-Davidson introduced the new 2013 Breakout during the annual Daytona Bike Week in Florida. Inspired from Gasser models of the ’50s and ’60s, this premium model boasts distinctive finishes and specific components not available on other Harley-Davidson bikes.

Riding on 10-spoke cast-aluminum Gasser wheels, the low-slung Harley-Davidson Breakout hugs the road like a classic dragster, especially with 240 mm of rubber in the back -- the widest tire Harley-Davidson has ever put on a production motorcycle. The slammed console is also the tightest ever smacked onto a H-D tank.
Other notable features include a drag-style handlebar, along with a 4” digital speedometer that's mounted on risers to be easier to read. It even comes with colour-adjustable backlighting, LED and needle.
Powered by the Twin Cam 103 engine, the 2013 Harley-Davidson Breakout will retail from $20,329 in Vivid Black. Add $450 for an Ember Red or Big Blue model.
