Slowly but surely things are coming together for the 2012 World Superbike Championship and, so far, 12 riders have been confirmed for next year.

Two new teams, Ducati Roma and Crescent Suzuki have announced their upcoming participation to the series but have still to make any announcement yet.

WSBK is on course to at least match grid numbers from 2011, while KTM has already confirmed it plans to make sporadic appearances with a possible full-time entry in 2013.
