I always suspected there was something a little odd about the Japanese, especially when it comes to racing on the cheap.



In fact, this looks like an excellent idea, especially if you can find a damaged scoot that can be had for little money, and if you fmanage to fit nice fat BWs tires - good times ahead for sure!
