Championship-winning rider Max Biaggi, 41, is going out on top.

Virtually unbeatable in 250cc class from 1994 to 1997, Biaggi dominated the WSBK this year as he did in 2010.

In 1998 in Japan, he joined a select group of riders who have won their very first race in 500cc class, along with Geoff Duke (1950), Jarno Saarinen (1973) and a few others.

Biaggi will now serve as a consultant at Aprilia.
