The Catalunya IRTA test came to an end on Thursday with bad news for Swiss rider Thomas Luthi. The 125cc World Champion crashed in the morning and the X-rays later performed at the Clinica Mobile revealed a broken left collarbone. Dr Costa advised Luthi to have some rest, to let the fracture heal naturally. Thus, the 'Elit Caffe Latte' rider is quite certain to miss the next IRTA test which will be held at Jerez on Monday 6 and Tuesday 7. However, Thomas Luthi should be fit for the first race of the season. The Swiss clocked the tenth fastest time of the test while his rival Mika Kallio ended on top with a new track record.
