The third edition of the GS Challenge will take place on September 18-19-20 at the Lac Beauregard “pourvoirie” in Mont-Laurier.
Under the leadership of the “Sécurité Active” riding improvement school (A division of Moto Internationale) and with the support of BMW-Motorrad Canada, the GS Challenge is a weekend where riders must ride through varied obstacles that test skills and dexterity, and where camaraderie and team spirit are key to success.
Over 80 riders from Canada, the US, Germany and Argentina are entered, and there is still some room left for any rider with a suitable machine to come and play on incomparable Quebec trails. All you need to participate is an over-650cc dual sport machine and a touch of madness.
Mixed teams of three riders work together to navigate through various difficulties, with winning teams declared in each class, and one overall winner nominated by the jury. This year, the overall winner will be integrated into the Canadian team at the GS Trophy 2010, to be held in Africa.
