For the second year in a row, BMW will host the Motorrad Sumerfest at Mosport International Raceway next month. The event, which started last summer, brings new attractions to the agenda this year to ensure an action-packed weekend of excitement.

The 2008 Motorrad Summerfest will also coincide with the mid-season of the Parts Canada Superbike Championship, and features a 50,000 square-foot display that will be impossible to miss. The complete 2008 BMW Motorcycle lineup will be on display, including the G450X Sports Enduro bike that's not yet available on our continent. A demo-ride program will even allow test-drives of the entire current fleet of BMW on-road Motorcycles, as well as BMW GS Enduro off-road bikes.


Several BMW car models will be on display as well, including the 1-Series coupe and cabrio, X6 sports activity vehicle and M3 coupe. Lifestyle products and rider equipment will be available for purchase, and a selection of vendors and retails will be on hand to consult with the public on a wide range of gear and accessories. Factory riders Paul Glenn and Michael Ferreira will make special guest appearances as well.

The event will prove a must-see for BMW's motorcycle fans, and takes place the weekend of July 18, 2008.
