Last weekend, the Quebec Quad Show took place at Place Forzani in Laval for the fifth year in a row. Despite tough economic times, the event attracted 15,671 visitors -- about the same number as in 2008.
Without Kawasaki and KTM on hand, other companies seized the opportunity to showcase a broader range of models and accessories. New offerings on display included, among others, various two-seater utility ATVs (always popular here in Quebec) and machines specially designed for the mud.
Outfitters put on quite a show with dozens of stands filled with clothing, helmets, windshields, cargo racks, newly-homologated passenger seats and so on.
According to retailers and industry experts, the 2010 season will likely see a slight increase in entry-level ATV, two-seater ATV and side-by-side ATV sales.
Enthusiasts were treated to a quality show once again, which is no small feat given the struggling global economy. Congratulations to both the organizers and exhibitors!
