This year, the big contest for the DTM photographers was held for the fifth time. More than 60 photographers have entered the contest and fans visited the official web site of the DTM to enter their votes.


The 2009 Picture of the year features Canadian driver Bruno Spengler of the Mercedes squad, looking under the Audi A4 of Mattias Ekstrom on the starting grid of the Dijon race. The young lady standing in front of the car does not seem to distract Spengler at all!

Bruno Spengler spent the Christmas time home in Quebec and has just returned to Alsace in France to get prepared for the 2010 season of the DTM.
