The throttle cable on 23 Ranger 400 SxS ATVs from the 2013 model year may have been manufactured without an inner liner, which could prevent the throttle from opening and closing normally.

This could result in a loss of propulsion, or make it difficult to slow or stop the vehicle. Either issue could increase the risk of a crash.

Polaris dealers will inspect and, if necessary, replace the throttle cable.
