The all-new Ducati Monster 821 was unveiled last week as a middleweight variant of the popular Monster family. It follows the Monster 1200 which debuted in Milan last fall.

Equipped with a liquid-cooled 821cc engine that produces 112 hp, the Ducati Monster 821 will arrive in Canadian showrooms this July at a base MSRP of $11,990 in Dark trim with glossy black wheels, and $12,490 in Red or Star White Silk trim.

The Monster 821 also features the Ducati Safety Pack (ABS, traction control) and a slick LCD screen that's easier to read.
