Collaboration with numerous police associations prompted Deeley Harley-Davidson Canada, the exclusive Canadian distributor of Harley-Davidson bikes, parts and accessories, to partner with the Quebec Provincial Medical Motor Unit (QPMMU), a non-profit organization founded in 2007. Thanks to the QPPMU's efforts, for the first time in Quebec four "civilian" motorcycles are now officially recognized by the Société de l'assurance automobile du Québec and registered as emergency vehicles alongside police cruisers and ambulances. Deeley Harley-Davidson Canada supports the QPPMU's efforts by providing four police versions of the FLHPI Road King. These rescue models are specifically designed for hard-to-reach places and equipped with a compact version of the main medical equipment found on board conventional ambulances. United by a passion for motorcycles and the desire to serve the community, the QPPMU team has helped in 25 incidents since its inception and has been present in over 100 cities throughout Quebec.
