It was a dominating win for Windham, who took command of the race right from the start, just ahead of Davi Millsaps (Honda). Windham and Millsaps traded positions a few times before Windham made the final move and rode 15 perfect laps of the shortened race to earn his second consecutive AMA Supercross win. Millsaps finished second, with Andrew Short ended up third, also on a Honda.
The recently crowned 2010 Champion, Ryan Dungey (Suzuki) rode a conservative race and finished fourth.
The 2010 AMA Supercross season finale will be held next weekend at Las Vegas.
