Title sponsors Parts Canada/Thor and Coors Light proudly open the show at 7:30 PM for over 50,000 motocross, all terrain vehicle and dune buggy racing fans. Over the past 29 years the Montreal Supercross has drawn a total of 1,528,699 spectators and 2007 looks to be another sold-out thriller.

When it comes to Supercross, the fearless riders of the premiere MX1-class never fail to generate excitement aboard their 450cc bikes. Perennial crowd favorite Toyota-Yamaha Blackfoot Fox's Jean Sebastien Roy will battle his Canadian rivals and an international invasion of riders like Brock Sellards, Joachim Rodriguez, Jason Thomas, and Eric Sorby. It's been a tough year for the five-time National Champion, and Montreal's Olympic Stadium is where JSR aims to regain his place as King of Canadian Motocross.

In the MX2 class, for Canadian riders aboard 250cc 4-strokes, our deep National talent pool is filled with great young riders like Simon Homans, Marco Dube, and Colton Facciotti. MX2 riders are all eager to be 'the next big thing' and Montreal is where they can prove to the world what they have to offer. With such fire in their hearts, MX2 racers often provide the most exciting races of the night.

You won't want to miss the KTM Mini-Star races, where the fastest seven to eight year-old kids in the nation rip up the track on their 50cc machines. These motocross stars of tomorrow ride with such aggression and determination that the crowd is always on their feet!

All the excitement in the Olympic Stadium isn't limited to two-wheels, with fantastic racing provided by the aces of the autocross and ATV classes. Autocross has to be seen (and heard!) to be believed, where top drivers like Daniel Gagne and Richard 'Mad Max' Lacroix jam their ferocious buggies around the jump filled track in epic bumper to bumper battles.

The ATV class is always action packed, but 2007 takes on a patriotic spin with the addition of Bombardier's U.S Can-AM BRP Racing Team. Can-AM's new DS450 racer will be going head to head with the best machines and riders the Japanese ATV manufacturers have to offer.

Between races a full scale freestyle motocross exhibition by Benoit Milot, Ronnie Renner, Morgan Kaliszuk, Jeff Banks and Robbie Madison will have the crowd shaking with disbelief as they perform their death defying aerial acrobatics.

The 30th anniversary of the Parts Canada/Thor Coors Light Montreal Supercross is set to be the best racing experience Canada has to offer, and has already sold over 20,000 advance tickets. Tickets can be booked through www.admission.com, the Montreal Olympic Stadium box office, or by calling 1-800-361-4595.
