105th anniversary
To celebrate the 105th anniversary of the brand, Harley-Davidson designers created 14 exclusive models with specific badging on the fuel tank and Copper Vinyl inserts on the seat. An exclusive two-tone paint scheme (Copper Pearl and Vivid Black) is also in the mix. The 105th Anniversary treatment is optionally available on the following models: Heritage Softail Classic, Screamin Eagle Ultra Classic Electra Glide, Fat Boy, Dyna Wide Glide, Dyna Super Glide, Dyna Low Rider, V-Rod and Sportster Custom 1200C. We're talking about limited-edition motorcycles that are identified by a serialized plaque.

After Fat Boy, here's Fat Bob
The new 2008 Dynas remain closely tied to the brand's philosophy. The various models combine the power of a true American V-twin engine with the styling of the ultra-light FX frame. This amazing recipe offers hardcore custom fanatics exceptional stability and unparalleled handling. For 2008, the Dynas receive braided brake lines for superior overall control and a better road feel.

The Dyna Fat Bob is one of the most important new bikes for 2008. It features a 180-mm rear tire and a 130-mm front tire. The design is particularly impressive with the Bobtail-style rear fender, front fender with painted brace and 18.9L Fat Bob fuel tank. The brakes now use two front discs with 4-piston callipers. This new, more powerful braking system makes the Dyna Fat Bob safer and more pleasant when riding with a passenger.

Also worth noting are the all-new twin headlights and one-piece, two-up Fat Bob seat. The instrument panel is fairly comprehensive for a cruiser bike: there's a fuel gauge, an electronic speedometer, a clock and a dual trip computer. This mount is gorgeous no matter what angle you admire it from. The double-barrel "Tommy Gun" exhaust system, vermiculated engine with chrome covers and Black Denim color scheme all enhance the look of the Fat Bob.

To sum up: many technical improvements, two new models that will make people talk and a 105th Anniversary commemorative package full of innovation and nostalgia. Harley-Davidson is literally going full speed.
