Italy's newest weapon, the Aprilia RSV4 RF, benefits from a slew of upgraded electronics for more progressiveness and transparency. Traction control can now be adjusted on the fly, and wheelie control offers three levels of adjustment. Of course, launch control, gear shift assist, and ABS are still part of the game. A new smartphone app even allows riders to record and later assess their performance and make necessary adjustments.

The RSV4 RF breaks the barrier that separates road bikes from those built to win races. It definitely ranks in our top 5 most technologically advanced bikes of 2015.
