2014 Suzuki V-Strom 1000 ABS
The completely redesigned V-Strom 1000 ABS marks a radical departure from its predecessor and even from the current V-Strom 650 ABS. It features an all-new perimeter aluminum frame, a tubular rear section, an inverted fork, a cast swingarm, and radial brake callipers with ABS.

Suzuki had to respond in the face of stiff competition (BMW R1200GS, Moto Guzzi Stelvio NXT, Aprilia Caponord 1200 ABS), and it did so in convincing fashion -- at a price that considerably undercuts any rival.
