Repsol Honda team return home very satisfied

Nicky Hayden 1m30.90s. Laps completed: 95

"We needed this dry day today. Actually, everything went well even with the crash this afternoon. We spent some time testing tyres for Michelin and I really like some of the rears. When I was ready to do a long run I lost the front and crashed - nothing big, but it was a fast place to crash and we decided to stop. But I'm okay. Yesterday in the wet I felt quite good too and we learned some stuff. It's important because it's not a secret that last year I had some problems in the wet."

Dani Pedrosa 1m31.10s. Laps completed: 96

"We had a very good day today, with a good temperature, and we were able to test a lot of stuff. I'm really happy because this circuit is very difficult for me and getting this experience is very important for the race. The GP will be at the end of the season, so we will have even more experience with the bike. We worked hard this morning, testing Michelin tyres, and at the end we found a good balance on the bike. I'm pretty satisfied because there were no problems and I gained good experience for the race."

Makoto Tanaka - Repsol Honda Team Manager

"Today was perfect for testing and I'm pretty satisfied with these three days. We have found a lot of useful information for the next tests and for the race. Unfortunately Nicky crashed this afternoon and he couldn't do the long run or test the qualifying tyres, but he did a very good job. Dani keeps improving in safe steps and it's very positive for him and for the team. This circuit is very difficult for him and he did very well."
